The challenge

A community savings bank had stood up an Azure tenant with a previous vendor and grew concerned about the underlying infrastructure. Our assessment found significant security, infrastructure, and disaster-recovery gaps that needed resolution.

Our approach

Using the assessment findings, we determined a foundational revamp of the tenant was in order and rebuilt it with Infrastructure as Code, following Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework.

We deployed active/active DR locations and integrated Meraki VPN and Rapid7 appropriately within the Azure environment.

Outcomes

  • Azure foundation rebuilt and configured to best practice
  • Active/active disaster-recovery locations deployed
  • Meraki VPN and Rapid7 deployed in Azure
