The challenge
A regional grocery retailer wanted a more cloud-centric identity model — synchronizing user accounts, passwords, and profile data from on-premises Active Directory to Entra ID and removing the need to manage identities in two places.
Our approach
We installed and prepared Entra ID Connect and executed identity synchronization, syncing the desired on-premises Active Directory accounts with existing Microsoft 365 cloud accounts.
