Rolling out Microsoft Teams with governance and adoption at scale
A diversified, multi-business-unit company wanted to increase Microsoft Teams adoption with a robust governance framework. We built standardized templates with Orchestry, provisioning workflows, and owner/member training.
The challenge
A diversified, multi-business-unit company sought to enhance how Microsoft Teams was used and integrated across the organization. They needed comprehensive guidance on governance, training, and lifecycle management, and wanted primary user groups proficient in Teams fundamentals.
Our approach
We ran persona workshops to understand the user base and pair foundational Teams usage with the right technical tasks, and recommended a third-party solution to regulate and report on Teams from provisioning through archival and deletion.
Using Orchestry, we designed three Microsoft Teams templates with review/approval provisioning workflows and standardized configurations, then trained future Team owners and members to drive adoption.
